3D View

Today I finished a long desired feature: a 3D view with a freely positionable camera. I always thought that this would be a hard task. In the end it turned out to be rather easy. I did a first test before the holidays and now after a small redesign I had it completed in a few hours.
Nonetheless I like it and I like to play around with it. This view is really a great help to search for good camera positions trying to view your scene from different angles. And the best of it all is that the view you currently have can easily be transfered to the active camera of your scene.
As always you can find this feature in the CVS and hopefully soon in the next release (whenever I will be able to do more on Y.A.P.R.M.).
